本中心接獲部份服務使用者反映，於今天 (2026年4月22日) 惠顧惠康超市時，食物券未能成功使用的情況。

中心已即時就有關情況聯絡惠康作出跟進，現正等候回覆未能使用的原因及相關安排。中心會於收到回覆後，盡快向各位服務使用者發放最新資料。

Notice on the Unavailability of Partial Wellcome Food Coupons

The Centre has received reports from some service users that food coupons could not be successfully used when shopping at Wellcome Supermarket today (22 April 2026).

The Centre has immediately contacted Wellcome to follow up on the situation and is currently awaiting their reply regarding the cause of the issue and the related arrangements. The Centre will share the latest information with service users as soon as a response is received.
